I have been receiving personal care and cleaning from BS Care Management for several months.

Social services had initially arranged care from another company which was awful. I saw a different carer each time. I’m disabled and have a chronic pain condition which leaves me in constant pain in various areas of my body. I had to explain what I wanted doing each time as the carer was literally allocated on that morning so it was pot luck who you got. Having four dogs we needed continuity for them too.

From the introduction meeting with Josephine from BS Management I knew I’d be in good hands. She was warm, empathetic and clearly wanted to do the best they could for me. I now have one carer who does everything. She came to that introductory meeting so I didn’t have to explain anything apart from what cleaning we needed doing the first time she came.

My carer is wonderful, so careful and gentle. Personal care is really a pampering session that leaves me feeling both rejuvenated and relaxed. She couldn’t work harder and always leaves us with a clean and tidy home. Being confined to an electric reclining chair I can’t do housework. My husband has always struggled to keep the house clean and tidy, especially the kitchen. I don’t have to worry about that anymore as I know she will sort everything for him including the recycling.

She’s a breath of fresh air and we all look forward to Mondays and Fridays, knowing the boost her visit will give me. Our dogs took to her very quickly which was the icing on the cake. I feel very lucky to have BS Care Management providing my care. Approachable and flexible with top quality care I recommend them without reservation.
